General – updated 9/4/20

Will we be required to wear masks?

After much prayer, consideration and consultation we have come to this simple conclusion:

If it is your decision to wear a mask in church, then we support you in that decision.

If it is your decision to refrain from wearing a mask in church, then we support you in that decision.

If it is your decision to stay home and watch online in an effort to better protect you and your family members, then we support you in that decision.

To borrow from the Apostle Paul, no matter which decision we make, “Let each be fully convinced in his own mind.”

What social distancing and sanitizing practices will you be utilizing?

We have modified our seating within the sanctuary to allow for more social distancing. Please sit with your family and respect those who choose to sit alone or separate. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building. Surfaces will be wiped down before and between services.

Will there still be snacks and coffee provided?

No. For the time being we will not be providing coffee, donuts, or any other food and beverages in order to decrease the amount of surfaces being touched by multiple people.

Will there be a specific service for those members at higher risk?

We will not have a specific at-risk service. If you are at an elevated risk, we ask that you continue to worship at home. Those at elevated risk include those with compromised immune systems, those who have had a recent illness or those who have potential symptoms. If you feel sick, please stay home.
